My family and I have been using the Athlete Collection for the past few weeks and it has been brilliant. The information is really clear and easy to understand. Zac has put a lot of emphasis on making the information build on from each of the modules to really help with the learning process. My daughter had an ankle injury and the site really helped her with understanding the injury and assisted her with her recovery and the exercises involved. What makes this app outstanding is that it provides a holistic view, in terms of providing that psychological support and nutritional advice in addition to the information about the injury and rehabilitation process - it really has all of the information you need! I would definitely recommend to others.

I completed the Athlete’s Guide course recently and highly recommend it! It provides a great amount of information and detail, without being overly technical or difficult to read. The practical components of the course are also easy to action and very beneficial. The mentors are knowledgeable and personable and all have a very obvious passion for health and wellness. This course would be a great resource for anyone who wants to get more out of their training and performance and reach their fitness goals, whether that be an elite level athlete, a weekend warrior or a teen just getting started on their journey. An exceptional, easy to understand course that covers all the basics needed for any athletes in sport. I gained a lot of insight into sports nutrition and psychology I wish I had known growing up. It covered great principles and I think everyone would take a lot away from all three sections of this course. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
